Giveaway: Joel Harper's Slim & Fit Exercise DVD

During cold weather, it's tempting to stay indoors and curl up in front of the TV. Instead of relying on a blanket to warm you up, exercise with Joel Harper's Slim & Fit exercise DVD.

Joel's exercise program doesn't require any equipment or even much space.

You won't be jumping around your living room. Instead, you'll be doing stationary exercises, like sit-ups, that work out your muscles.

The DVD has three levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced. You can choose from three 10-minute workouts or two 20-minute combo segments.

How to Enter

To enter to win, leave a comment below, with a screen name or first name (not as Anonymous), answering this question:
  • What exercise routines or programs have you tried in the past and what was your experience with them? Do you have any favorite exercise DVDs?
To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age and a United States resident.

I do enjoy riding my bike, and going for a walk with kids and dogs in toe. However during the winter season it is a little more difficult to do these. A nice work out video that would be nice to have ..

I have discovered that swimming is a good way to keep my back muscles flexible preventing low back stiffness.

  8. I've always loved yoga. When I can't get to a studio, at home DVDs will come close enough.

  12. I like Walking with Leslie Sansone DVDs and I have my own routine for stretching and weights, however, I seem to prioritize caring for my child and my home before me. It's an oxymoron for me to say "exercise routine" because there is nothing "routine" about it!

  13. I have never tried a workout DVD but I do believe it would be nice to get a quick workout in at home, espcially on the days I cannot make it to the gym or am tight with time

  14. I find AM Yoga by Rodney Yee is critical to my well being as it stretches my "old" bones and muscles to make the transition from sleep to activity. I know i need to add more aerobic and strength training to my days to step up my overall fitness routine.

  15. I get out and run a couple of miles or get on my bike and cruise on one of the many paths near my house. I have never tried an exercise DVD, the dogs tend to get too involved! This one sounds like they might just sit and watch me! Libbie

  17. I have done walking, at-home exercise equipment, as well as at a gym. I liked the Leslie Sansone program, but only have VHS tapes. I guess I should try to update to a DVD program and see if maybe that just might do the trick for me.
