We invite you to join us for important insights on how the affordable care act and triple aim have changed our health care environment. Learn how disease prevention is changing the role of physicians and nurses and increasing the engagement of patients and caregivers. Understand why it is important for nurses to learn how they are able to impact new reimbursement models and patient outcomes throughout the health care continuum.

Awarding of contact hours requires attendance during the entire class and the participant completing an evaluation.
