Lisa A. Cilano Named Senior Vice President, Finance; Revenue Management; and Business Advisory Services

Catholic Health is pleased to announce that Lisa Cilano, MBA, CPA, has been named senior vice president of Finance, Revenue Management and Business Advisory Services. Lisa has served as a system vice president of Finance for Catholic Health’s acute care facilities and service lines since 2008.

In her new and expanded role, Lisa will be responsible for the strategic leadership, visioning, oversight, and support for all financial business advisory services across Catholic Health, adding Physician Enterprise and Home & Community Based Care to her current portfolio. She will continue to provide the overall strategy, alignment, execution, and delivery of revenue cycle services and performance across all ministries of Catholic Health, adding the professional based services of our growing Trinity Medical Practice along with the revenue cycle operations of Home & Community Based Care.

Lisa has held a number of key leadership positions at Catholic Health, including serving as chief administrative officer at Kenmore Mercy Hospital, and chief financial officer at the former St. Joseph Hospital. She has led a number of strategic initiatives for the system including serving as vice president, Finance and Transformation.

Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American Institute of Public Accountants. She earned her MBA at the Simon School; University of Rochester, and has obtained a certificate from Harvard University in Managing Healthcare Delivery. She earned her undergraduate degree from St. Bonaventure University.

Lisa will continue to provide leadership, visioning, and innovation, in partnership with Catholic Medical Partners, in all managed care negotiations, new product development, new payer reimbursement models, risk contracting, population health initiatives, and the optimizing of our third party risk arrangements. “This is a very complex, dynamic, and strategic area of opportunity and risk for both Catholic Health and CMP and Lisa’s strong leadership, critical thinking skills, and innovative approach will serve Catholic Health well as we continue to lead the transformation of Healthcare in WNY for the populations we serve,” said Jim Dunlop, executive vice president & CFO.
