Changes to Services

Mercy Hospital of Buffalo

Inpatient Surgeries – Inpatient elective surgeries are currently suspended. For more information click here.

Emergency Services – Mercy Hospital is temporarily diverting incoming ambulances to alternate facilities. The emergency department  will remain open to walk-in patients, unstable patients when Mercy is the closest appropriate hospital, or if a patient specifically requests to be taken to Mercy Hospital. Labor & Delivery Services – Mercy Hospital of Buffalo, in conjunction with the New York State Department of Health, has suspended Labor & Delivery Services at the hospital. Catholic Health will continue to offer Labor & Delivery Services at Sisters of Charity Hospital’s Main Street Campus and Mount St. Mary’s Hospital in Lewiston. For more information click here.

Mercy Ambulatory Care Center (MACC)

Emergency Services – The MACC is temporarily diverting incoming ambulances to alternate facilities. The emergency department  will remain open to walk-in patients, unstable patients where the MACC is the closest appropriate hospital, or if a patient specifically requests to be taken to the MACC. Laboratory Services/Blood Testing

Blood testing is currently unavailable at the following locations. To schedule an appointment at one of our other blood testing locations call (716) 862-1150.

  • Mercy Ambulatory Care Center – 3669 Southwestern Blvd, Orchard Park
  • Mercy Comprehensive Care Center – 397 Louisiana St, Buffalo
  • Mercy Diagnostic Center – 94 Olean St, East Aurora

Closures

The following locations are temporarily closed.

  • Partners in Rehab East Aurora – 94 Olean St, East Aurora
  • Partners in Rehab West Seneca – 550 Orchard Park Rd, West Seneca
