Recognize an Angel of Care

Our patients and their families often ask how they can “give back” to those who have made a difference during their visit or hospital stay.

Saying “thank you” is a simple, yet powerful gift to anyone.

If there’s a physician, nurse, or caregiver who made a meaningful impact on your life or the life of a loved one, please consider sending them a note of gratitude by filling out our form and making a gift to the Foundations of Catholic Health in their honor.

You may also consider making a donation in honor of a doctor or caregiver who is especially meaningful to you. While the amount of your gift remains confidential, your Angel will be notified that you made a gift in his/her honor, and they will receive an Angel pin to wear.

Your gift is not only a special gesture of appreciation and gratitude, it plays a critical role in improving patient care, enhancing our healthcare resources, and ensuring that our caregivers will continue to have the best facilities and technologies to work with.

Gifts can be made through our secure online system by credit card, over the phone, or by filling out our offline giving form and mailing a check made payable to your preferred foundation.
