Stroke Support Group Meetings

Have you or a loved one recently suffered a stroke or are you a long term stroke survivor?

Join us for a free stroke support group. Meetings are held each month and include a guest speaker discussing various topics of interest for stroke survivors and their caregivers.

The Catholic Health Stroke Support Group offers a relaxed and supportive environment for individuals and families to learn more about available community resources for stroke patients.
