William Vaughan Named Vice President of Mission Integration at Kenmore Mercy Hospital
As we continue to support and strengthen our Mission throughout Catholic Health, we are pleased to announce the appointment of William Vaughan, MAT, BCC, to the position of Vice President of Mission Integration for Kenmore Mercy Hospital.
Most recently, Bill served as Catholic Health’s director of Chaplaincy Services, responsible for oversight of all Spiritual Care Departments and chaplains.
For Bill, joining Kenmore Mercy Hospital is a return to his roots. He has been with Catholic Health since 2011 when he started as Mission Integration Executive Resident, primarily working out of Kenmore Mercy Hospital.
He has a strong background in higher education and campus ministry, having served at The Buffalo State College Newman Center as a campus minister for six years.
A graduate of Canisius College with a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies, Bill also completed a Master of Arts in Theology at Christ the King Seminary. In 2016, he received his Chaplaincy Board Certification through the National Association of Catholic Chaplains.
He is delighted to serve in the role of Vice President of Mission Integration at Kenmore Mercy Hospital, as it allows him to further the Mission of Catholic Health as well as his individual calling to ministry.
