In honor of American Heart Month, Catholic Health hosted a special Facebook Live event, Way to Wellness: Inside the Dish, on Thursday, February 24, from 12-1:00 PM, featuring Trinity Medical WNY cardiologist, Eram Chaudhry, MD, and celebrity Chef Darian Bryan.

Dr. Chaudhry and Chef Darian Bryan broadcasted live from The Plating Society, a boutique kitchen in Buffalo’s Larkin District.

Chef Darian, who has worked in some of the area’s finest restaurants and catered for NFL stars, guided us through the preparation of three delicious heart healthy recipes, including delicious Banana Oat Pancakes, sweet and savory Sweet Potato Tacos, and snackable Energy Bites. Cooking alongside him, Dr. Chaudhry addressed heart disease in Western New York, heart attack signs and symptoms, and answered your cardiac health questions LIVE.
